Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Analyst, Technical Trainer to deliver world-class Patriot training globally. You will research engineering data, prepare lesson plans, and conduct courses for the operational warfighter and Patriot partners.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent, relevant MOS training, and robust Windows/Microsoft skills. Expect 50%–75% travel domestically and internationally as part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
• Operational experience with Air Defense Fire Control systems or similar command-and-control shelters is expected.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research subject-specific data, including engineering data and reports, for lesson plans.
• Prepare data for lesson plans and develop future instruction materials.
• Provide operational Patriot instruction to U.S. and international customers on Post Deployment Build Software.
• Travel domestically and internationally 50%–75% annually.
