Prattwhitney is seeking a Senior Analyst, Technical Trainer to serve as a Patriot Operations Technical Instructor and Writer. This role involves researching engineering data and preparing lesson plans for instruction, alongside providing operational training to customers in both domestic and international contexts.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The compensation package offers a salary range from $68,900 to $131,100 and a variety of benefits aimed at employee welfare.

Senior Analyst, Technical Trainer – Patriot Operations Technical Instructor/Writer

Security Clearance

Secret – active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance required. U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Research subject‑specific data, including engineering data, design specifications, Software Investigation Reports, and Missile Command Continuation Group reports.
• Prepare data and develop lesson plans for future instruction.
• Provide operational Patriot instruction to U.S. and international customers on Post Deployment Build Software.
• Travel domestically and internationally 50%–75% annually.

Qualifications (Required)

• University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Operational experience with Air Defense Fire Control systems and command‑and‑control shelters or elements.
• Completion of one of the following U.S. Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) training courses: Army Patriot Enhanced Operator/Maintainer (14E), Air Defense Artillery Officer (14A), Air and Missile Defense Tactician (140E/140K), or Patriot Launcher Operator/Maintainer (14T) with Patriot Master Gunner certification.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an instructor of the Patriot System.
• Experience writing and developing training lesson plans.
• Knowledge of ICC and Fire Unit Operations.
• Patriot Master Gunner or Top Gun graduate.
• Knowledge of organizational maintenance and remove‑and‑replace techniques.
• Working knowledge of the Operations of the RT3 Lab and SGG Scripting Techniques.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD.
