RTX is seeking a Program Integrator (PI) for U.S. Patriot Programs in an onsite role, based in TEWKSBURY, MA (or Huntsville, AL). You will steer proposal efforts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and participate in contract negotiations post-submission to ensure favorable terms and deliverables.

The role requires leading bid decisions, managing the proposal lifecycle, and supporting risk and opportunity processes while aligning with program goals. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required with 8+ years, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience using financial analysis tools and project management tools or systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering, contracts, finance, procurement/supply chain, manufacturing/operations, quality management, or admin functions.
• Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages.

Responsabilités

• Lead Bid/No Bid decisions in collaboration with Contracts and Product Line.
• Provide strategic leadership for the entire proposal development process for the U.S. Patriot Program with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress to ensure proposals are delivered on time.
• Support daily program cadence: risk reviews, schedule performance, customer reviews, and staffing/decision reviews.
• Prepare, revise, and monitor documentation and analysis to meet contract requirements and RTX policies.
• Direct risk and opportunity processes aligned with financial goals.
• Meet business and contractual commitments within defined boundaries.
• Coordinate customer program reviews and prepare for visits.
• Occasional domestic travel as needed.
