Job summary

DC Army National Guard seeks a Patriot Fire Control Enhanced Operator/Maintainer to maintain the Patriot systems, including radar, engagement control station, power plant, and communications networks. You will identify, track, and engage threats using advanced interceptor missiles in a high-stakes environment.

You’ll train through Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training, earning a regular paycheck, tuition assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be eligible for Army National Guard enlistment.
• Ages 17–35 and able to pass a physical exam.
• Citizenship requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Move and position Patriot Fire Control systems in various locations.
• Operate Patriot Fire Control electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• Evaluate intelligence and report status during combat.
• Engage identified enemy targets.
• Establish and maintain digital, radio, and wire communications networks.
