Job summary

Penn Medicine's Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania seeks an Ambassador Hospital Concierge to welcome patients and visitors at PCAM. You will support wayfinding, coordinate transportation, and assist mobility needs with empathy and professionalism.

In this 1.0 FTE daytime role, you’ll work closely with the Patient & Guest Relations team to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience and help patients feel cared for throughout their hospital visit.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality guest services in a hospital setting or similar environment.
• Ability to greet visitors, answer questions, and coordinate with care teams.
• Commitment to Penn Medicine's service standards and patient experience goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors and families with information and directions.
• Assist immobile patients and coordinate with transport and mobility services.
• Manage visitor flow at entrances to ensure timely arrivals for appointments.
• Support wayfinding and paratransit coordination with hospital staff and security.
• Provide notary, hotel/restaurant and public transportation referrals as needed.
