Job summary

Qualifications

• Work is in a hospital kitchen with exposure to heat and humidity.

Responsibilities

• Clean serving areas, surfaces, and food service equipment.
• Load and operate dishwashers and cart washing stations.
• Deliver trays to patient bedside and assist with tray transport.
• Set up serving areas and maintain stock of hot and cold foods.
• Identify dietary discrepancies and assist in cold food prep.
