• Responsible for the safe, timely transport of patients, medical equipment and patient-related items.
• Uses wheelchairs and other approved rolling stock to carry out essential duties.
• Communicates effectively with nursing personnel, clinicians, technicians or reception and dispatch.
• Maintains patient comfort and confidentiality; adheres to HIPAA policies.
• Rotating weekends required; part-time schedule with varying days.

Responsibilities

• Properly and safely transports patients and equipment.
