Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking an entry-level Transporter to support patient movement and the distribution of supplies in our Naples, FL facility. The role ensures safe, timely transport of patients and accurate handling of materials to meet clinical needs.

The transporter will perform 12 Lead EKG placement as needed, assist with medication pickup from the pharmacy, and help maintain orderly workload and compliance with safety standards. Evening shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association is required.
• Basic computer knowledge to operate a PC and create/save/print documents.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient transportation to meet facility, patient, technical, and managerial needs.
• Performs transport services, including stocking, labeling, mailing, and delivery of medical supplies and equipment.
• Assists in retrieving and replenishing medication from pharmacy as needed per nursing supervisor request.
• Maintains established departmental policies and procedures and supports quality improvement programs.
