The Radiology Transporter is responsible for transporting patients to and from the Radiology Department, performing darkroom duties, ordering supplies, stocking, dressing patients, and front office tasks. This includes clerical duties such as answering phones, greeting patients, preparing requisitions, filing reports, and retrieving patient records. The Transporter should demonstrate knowledge of radiology terminology, good telephone etiquette, and professionalism when greeting visitors. Supportive duties include utilizing office equipment and running errands within the facility.
Education, Experience, and Training:
The current compensation rate for this role is $21.00/hr. The final starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, education, and credentials.
