PATIENT TRANSPORTER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Join our team as a Patient Transporter at TouchPoint Support Services. We are hiring immediately for both full-time and part-time positions at Saint Alexius Medical Center, located at 1555 Barrington Road, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169. Online applications are accepted only.

Position Details

• Schedules: Full-time and part-time shifts, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm or 11:00 am to 7:30 pm; days may vary, including rotating weekends.
• Requirement: Previous patient transporting experience preferred.
• Perks: 2 weeks paid training, uniform shirt, safety shoes, shift differentials.
• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients, secure IVs and drainage tubes, ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Use wheelchairs and other equipment appropriately for patient movement.
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff and patients.
• Maintain equipment and report repairs.
• Follow regulatory standards and confidentiality policies.
