Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Transport team member for the Arlington Heights, IL location. This is a per diem role; 30-40 hours per week; shifts 7:00am–3:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays.

You will report to the Director of Patient Transport and transport patients safely within the hospital, from admission to discharge, and assist with related equipment needs. Required: High School Diploma or GED; CPR BLS and AED training within 3 months of hire; strong verbal and written English,

• The verbal and written English skills necessary to clearly and effectively communicate information.
• The organizational skills necessary to prioritize and complete transport tasks in a timely manner.
• Responds positively to changes and shows willingness to learn new ways to accomplish tasks in an efficient manner.
• The ability to use and apply correct body mechanics when positioning and transporting patients.

Mansioni

• Reporting to Director of Patient Transport, is responsible for the safe and efficient physical transport of patients within the hospital including admission and discharge transports, unit to diagnostic testing department transports and return trips.
