Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Transport associate in Arlington Heights, IL. The role involves safe patient movement throughout the hospital, including admissions, discharges, and interdepartment transports, as well as transporting equipment and supplies as needed.

This is a full-time position with rotating weekends/holidays. Qualified candidates provide a High School Diploma or GED and CPR BLS certification within 3 months of hire, plus AED training within 3 months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• AED training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport patients within the hospital, including admissions and discharges, unit to diagnostic testing departments, and return trips.
• Transport equipment and supplies as needed to support department and hospital operations.
