Perform activities related to the transportation of patients, specimens, and equipment. Greet and assist patients and visitors at hospital and clinics as directed.
Requires good verbal communication skills, ability to follow instructions, physical exertion including walking, lifting, pushing, or pulling 100-200 pounds, and operation of machines and equipment. Ability to transport patients to various hospital locations.
High school education or equivalent. No experience required. BCLS certification must be maintained or completed by the end of orientation. A valid North Carolina driver's license may be required.
