Job summary

CentraCare Health is hiring a Patient Transport & Unit Support at St. Cloud Hospital. You will move patients to and from the Imaging Department and ensure their comfort, while maintaining a professional demeanor.

The role includes light housekeeping and linen tasks within the department. Part-time schedule with night shifts and rotating weekends/holidays, and opportunities for additional pay on nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required or obtained per hire.

• Provide comfort and maintain a professional, reassuring presence during transport.

Job description

As a Patient Transport & Unit Support, you will be transporting patients to and from the Imaging Department within St. Cloud Hospital. This role isn't just about moving patients; it's about ensuring their comfort and well-being while maintaining a professional and reassuring presence. Additionally, you'll provide support by performing light housekeeping and linen tasks within the department.

Schedule:

• Part-time | 16-24 hours every two weeks
• Night shift | Weekday hours: 11:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.
• Every 4th Saturday and Sunday 8:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. | Rotating holidays

Pay and Benefits:

• $18.05 or more per hour, pay determined by experience
  • Pay range: $16.05 - $24.09 per hour

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider card per established policy.
