Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient safety and observe changes in behavior.
• Document patient checks every 15 minutes and report changes to staff.
• Assist in patient transport and verify patient identity.
• Support room turnover and environmental services tasks.
• Transport meal carts and assist Nutrition/Food Services as needed.
• Follow Wellstar Health System policies and code of conduct.
• Coordinate with nurses and care teams during shifts.
