Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transportation of patients to and from ED, Radiology, and inpatient areas.
• Verify patient identification and proper sign-out.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers; stock supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of transportation equipment and use proper body mechanics.
• Use EMR for documenting patient information and care provided.
• Be part of the health care team to deliver compassionate patient care.
