Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport patients in a van and escort them to and from pickup and delivery sites.
• Follow schedules and adjust routes for changes while ensuring safety.
• Secure belts, lock wheelchairs, and use ramps properly during transfers.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, log mileage and trips, and report issues.
• Provide first aid/CPR when needed and assist with routine tasks for patients.
