Job summary

Ashtabula Regional Medical Center is seeking a diligent Guest Services Representative to greet patients and visitors, assist with registration kiosks on arrival, and help with mobility as needed. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, physicians

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to proactively identify patients and visitors in need of Guest Services.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with patients, families, physicians, nursing staff and support personnel.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and assist with kiosks for registration.
• Assist patients getting into and out of automobiles and provide transport as needed.
• Maintain brochures, pamphlets and literature, stocked and displayed for customers’ use.
• Serve as a reliable information source to promote a pleasant and safe healthcare environment and patient satisfaction.
