Job summary

Anna Jaques Hospital (AJH) in Newburyport, MA, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Per Diem Evening Patient Transport team member. Responsibilities include transporting patients, assisting staff with transfers, delivering medications, and covering storeroom duties as needed, with shift variations in evenings.

Education preferred is a High School Diploma or equivalent. Required certifications include AHA Heart Saver AED or BLS.

• Delivers medications from the pharmacy as routinely scheduled.
• Performs the duties of a storeroom clerk as needed: answering phones, delivering supplies, processing incoming stock and coverage for after business hours.

This includes the transport of patients with oxygen tanks, intravenous pumps, drips and special equipment.
