Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking a STAFF SUPERVISOR (PATIENT TRANSPORT) in Aurora, CO. The role oversees patient transport operations on a fixed schedule and directs onboarding, training, and performance development for associates.

Location is Children’s Hospital Colorado with a Monday–Friday 10:00am–6:30pm shift. The position includes opportunities to lead workforce planning and collaborate with clinical leaders to improve patient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles in healthcare preferred.
• Prior experience in patient transport and leadership roles preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and relationship-building skills for employee development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Patient Transport operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development of associates.
• Support workforce planning, staffing optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to resolve service concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
