Harboroaks is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to safely transport patients to appointments and events, while coordinating drivers and overseeing the transportation department. You will manage shift activity, ensure vehicle readiness, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

A patient-focused, professional approach is essential. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, with prior maintenance or fleet experience preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
• 1+ years of experience in building maintenance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of the transportation department including logistics.
• Allocate transport shift activity, ensuring appropriate staff are available to meet planned activity levels.
• Ensure facility vehicles are in proper repair and communicate safety concerns to the appropriate staff.
• Coordinate daily and on-call schedules to meet patient transportation needs.
• Respond to and adhere to on-call schedule as required.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules and logs; report issues to appropriate staff.
• Schedule drivers for appropriate runs and drive facility vehicle for supplies as needed.
• Maintain safe transportation practices in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Hire, orient, train, schedule and supervise transportation staff if applicable.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and resolve complaints.
