Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Driver to transport staff, patients, and visitors in a safe, timely and professional manner. The role requires vehicle operation in various conditions, vehicle inspections, basic repairs, and cleaning duties.

You will monitor parking areas and ensure security alongside the campus team. The Driver position is safety-sensitive with responsibilities to maintain records, communicate with dispatch, and support department goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with appropriate endorsements.
• Licenses required: P (Passenger) and Chauffeur endorsements.
• Criminal background check and regulatory compliance may be required.
• CPR/BLS certification may be required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation for staff, patients, and visitors.
• Performs basic maintenance and care of department vehicles.
• Uses radio to communicate with dispatch and other drivers.
• Monitors parking areas for hazards and reports issues.
• Completes documentation accurately and timely per policies.
