Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have excellent customer service skills.
• Current valid driver's license and must meet all DOT insurability guidelines.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; if not certified at time of hire, must be certified within six months.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients/residents safely as scheduled.
• Maintains equipment per manufacturer recommendations and internal policy.
• Sets up equipment according to policy and ensures safe operation.
• Maintains records per Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and internal reports; communicates scheduling conflicts as needed.
