Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.
• CPR certification and de-escalation/restraint training required or offered.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.

Responsabilités

• Pick up or transports visitors or staff as needed.
• Transport patients for admissions and discharges.
• Ensure all passengers wear seatbelts before starting the vehicle.
• Drive vehicle to pick up supplies or equipment as needed.
• Respond to on-call schedule as required.
• Accurately complete transportation documentation.
• Maintain vehicle logs and report maintenance issues.
• Keep company vehicles clean and functional.
• Provide a positive, empathetic, professional attitude to customers, prioritizing patient safety.
