Job summary

Cano Health LLC is seeking a patient transport driver to move patients to appointments in a courteous and timely manner. The role requires a high commitment to service excellence and adherence to safety protocols.

The driver will pick up patients, report schedule changes, assist with in-vehicle mobility, and ensure the vehicle is safe and clean. Flexibility with shifts and travel to clinics is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to 1 year driving experience preferred; patient transportation experience helpful.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Clean driving record required.
• Knowledge of local streets and addresses.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and return of patients as per schedule.
• Stay in contact with the office to report schedule changes.
• Assist patients to get in and out of the vehicle and with wheelchairs.
• Ensure passenger safety and vehicle cleanliness; conduct daily checks.
• Drive per schedule and travel to assigned clinics/hospitals as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
