Job summary

LifeCare Medical Transports is seeking qualified drivers to provide patient transportation to medical appointments and healthcare facilities. The driver supports EMTs with moving and transporting patients in emergent and non-emergent settings.

Driving position requires an Emergency Vehicle Operators Certification (EVOC) and HealthCare Provider CPR. A Virginia driver’s license with a clean record is required, along with successful background checks.

Qualifications

• EVOC/Driver certifications required or obtainable through LifeCare
• CPR certification required (HealthCare Provider CPR)
• Virginia Driver’s License with clean record; background check required
• FEMA ICS 100/200/700/800c training can be obtained via FEMA
• HAZMAT certification available through FEMA/ LifeCare program
• PASS Certification can be provided by LifeCare

Responsibilities
