Job summary

SSM Health Physical Therapy in Lake Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Patient Transport (Van Driver) to join our outpatient setting. You will drive company vehicles between facilities and assist the Administration team with daily operations.

The role requires a High school diploma, a Class E license, and at least one year of driving experience with direct patient care experience. The schedule is Monday–Friday with split shifts; compensation starts at $18/hour with pay increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Direct patient care experience required.
• Class E Driver's License required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a driver required.
• Schedule flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Drives the company vehicles in a safe manner according to the written schedule.
• Maintains company vehicles in a clean condition, interior and exterior at all times.
• Coordinates vehicle maintenance schedule, reports problems with vehicles to supervisor.
• Assist with the transport of furniture and supplies between facilities.
• Transports patients from patient homes to designated facility for appointments.
• Delivers interoffice mail to the appropriate facility at designated times.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Must be able to utilize the computer to search for directions and location information.
• Must be able to utilize GPS.
• Route Planning.

Position: Patient Transport (Van Driver)

Location: Lake St. Louis, MO

Type of Employment: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday Split Shift 6:30A-11:30A and then from 1:00P-6:00P

Compensation: $18/hour increases based on experience
