Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for Dispatcher positions at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, NJ. We offer full-time and part-time schedules with morning or evening shifts (6:00 am - 2:30 pm and 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm).

Prior customer service experience preferred and training provided to get you started. The Dispatcher coordinates patient transportation requests, ensures timely dispatch, and serves as a liaison between Transport and hospital staff.

• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors Patient Transportation services activities through timely, accurate dispatch and management of requests.
• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Determines dispatcher logic and directs transporters; transports patients when necessary.
• Ensures timely completion of tasks and liaises between Patient Transportation and other departments.
• Assigns pagers, monitors sign-in/out procedures, and promotes positive customer relationships.
• Resolves issues and complaints; suggests solutions for recurring problems.
