You will coordinate shift operations, communicate with departments and nurses, and supervise students or new Transporters.

This role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and BLS certification within 90 days of start.

Qualifications

• Basic Computer Skills and communication abilities required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading and motivating a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee shift operations, including re-prioritizing transport tasks in PATRA.
• Ensure stretchers, wheelchairs, and O2 tanks are properly returned and maintained.
• Transport patients safely via wheelchair, stretcher, or ambulating, including related equipment.
• Perform clerical, scheduling, inventory, and other duties as assigned by Management.
• Supervise students or train new Transporters on responsibilities.
