Requirements include a valid driver's license and CPR (or willingness to obtain). The position supports MOD rotation and requires strong organization and communication skills in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to operate facility vehicles and transportation equipment safely.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and assist residents as required.
• Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments and activities.
• Assist residents with entering/exiting vehicles and using equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory of supplies across Central Supply and nursing units.
• Process and deliver supply requisitions to departments.
• Order and receive supplies from approved vendors.
• Distribute packing slips to department heads.
• Keep storage areas clean, organized, and secure.
• Track inventory levels and update records.
• Report shortages or damaged goods to management.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies.
