Job summary

Dignity Health - California Hospital Medical Center in downtown Los Angeles is seeking an Attendant to provide attentive service, support, and maintain a welcoming environment.

You will transport patients and items to various departments, restock supplies, and assist nurses, with strong organization and a proactive demeanor. Two+ years of hospital experience and CPR are required; a High School Diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of hospital experience required.
• Fire Safety training within 90 days recommended.
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to SDS, PACU, GI Lab, Surgery and other departments.
• Transport blood products, specimens, beds, and equipment as requested by nurses.
• Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness and order in patient areas.
• Respond promptly to needs to support a positive guest experience.
