Qualifications

• Three (3) years' nursing experience.
• Current RN license by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, from a clinical perspective, resources to expedite patient flow daily.
• Interact with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate patient placement.
• Identify, facilitate and implement process changes to improve patient flow and capacity.
