Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and reschedule appointments for Psychiatry and Care Teams.
• Answer inbound calls and function as a switchboard operator.
• Collect, sort and distribute mail and handle daily letters.
• Triages clinical desktops; address medication refills and pharmacy issues.
• Assist Nursing with RX scripts and clarification of meds (backorders, missing scripts).
• Attend staff meetings and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
