Accompany Health is seeking a Patient Support Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering courteous service, accurate routing, and timely resolution of needs. You will document interactions in the EMR and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams.
This contract role requires at least 2 years in healthcare customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

As a Patient Support Representative (PSR), you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service, accurate call routing, and timely resolution of patient needs. You will play a key role in ensuring every patient feels heard, supported, and connected to care.
*This role is a contract position, with an end date of 4/01/2027*
