The Mankato Clinic is seeking a Part-time Patient Support Coordinator for Nephrology/Internal Medicine to greet, register, and schedule patients both in person and by phone. This role emphasizes strong customer service, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills with the opportunity to learn EHR and payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Mankato Clinic.
• Schedule patient appointments to include follow-ups, canceling, confirming and rescheduling.
• Register patients in person and by phone.
• Accept and enter payments in computer system.
• Update insurance and verify personal information.
• Distribute, explain and collect patient forms.
• Answer patient questions and direct patients to correct areas.
• Perform clerical functions as needed for the department.
