Onsite – San Antonio, TX

Through an innovative approach and patient-centered care, we are revolutionizing the field of healthcare by providing patients with access to TMS treatment. We are seeking a Patient Support Coach for our San Antonio, TX office. Your primary responsibility will be helping patients heal using TMS treatment.

Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Serenity Healthcare
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to patients during treatment
• Complete Serenity’s paid TMS training program
• Own the outcomes of patient treatment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong customer service mindset
• At least three years of work experience in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills
• Well-versed in de-escalation techniques and able to connect with individuals
