Patient Support Coach
Onsite – San Antonio, TX

Through an innovative approach and patient-centered care, we are revolutionizing healthcare by providing patients access to TMS treatment. We are seeking a Patient Support Coach for our San Antonio, TX office. Your primary responsibility will be assisting patients in their healing process using TMS treatment.

Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and supporting these patients may be triggering for some individuals.

Responsibilities

• Represent Serenity Healthcare professionally and compassionately
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to patients during treatment
• Complete Serenity’s paid TMS training program
• Take ownership of patient treatment outcomes

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service orientation
• Minimum of three years’ experience in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills
• Proficiency in de-escalation techniques and ability to connect with individuals
