Patient Support Assistant (PSA) - Primary Care - Northfield

Join Endeavor Health as a Patient Support Assistant (PSA) - Primary Care - Northfield.

Hourly Pay Range: $18.38 - $26.65. The hourly rate depends on experience and expertise.

Position Highlights

• Location: Northfield, IL
• Full Time
• Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am – 5:30pm, Friday 7am – 3:30pm
• Travel to other sites may be required

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients, physicians, and departments, documenting in Epic
• Schedule and register patients using Epic
• Obtain prior authorizations for procedures
• Review provider templates
• Provide administrative support under physician and manager guidance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical assisting certification preferred
• 1-2 years in administrative/customer service roles; Epic experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
