  • Sign on bonus: N/A
  • Position: Patient Support Assistant
  • Hourly Pay Range: $17.30 - $26.65. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
  • Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $18.38 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.
  • Location: Northbrook, IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday: M-F 8am-5:00pm
  • Travel: Yes

What you will do:

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule appointments
  • Collect co-payments
  • Complete patient registration
  • Provide other administrative support to the physician practice
  • Check in and check out patients
  • Verify insurances

What you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required. Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program is preferred, but not required.
  • Certification: N/A
  • Experience: One year of work experience required, previous experience working in a medical office (or related field) is preferred. On-the-job training is provided for those who do not have previous medical assistant training or experience.
