Job summary

TheraWest Physical Therapy in Weatherford is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented front desk receptionist dedicated to making every patient feel welcomed and supported. You will greet patients, manage check‑in/out, schedule appointments, collect payments, and answer calls with warmth and professionalism.

As the first impression of the clinic, you will keep organized records, handle daily schedules, and work closely with therapists and staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive patient
