Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a full-time front desk/customer service associate to provide compassionate patient care and coordinate scheduling and follow-ups. You will communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure clear care plans, while maintaining accurate records and a welcoming environment.

The role requires an Associate degree, 2+ years of healthcare front desk experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with clinicians and non-clinical staff.

  • Ability to act in an autonomous, self-directed manner while maintaining the ability to collaborate with other professionals and non-professionals in situations of high complexity and high intensity. [Required]

Education
  • Associate [Required]
Field of Study
  • in Healthcare or related field
Work Experience
  • 2+ in a complex healthcare setting with primary responsibility of providing customer support to patients in either a scheduling or front desk capacity [Preferred]
Additional Information
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
  • Associate's Degree OR 2+ years of work experience as outlined above [Required]
Licenses and Certifications
  • Medical Office Assistant (MOA) [Preferred]
