Responsibilities

• Schedule OP tests in an efficient and timely manner.
• Coordinate tests with physician’s schedule and various departments.
• Greet patients and arrange for efficient and orderly registration.
• Ensure accurate patient and insurance information and explain clinic policies and procedures.
• Answer telephone and billing questions from patients.
• Process medical records requests and general patient account functions.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide a professional image when dealing with patients and staff.
