Boston IVF in Rochester, NY is seeking a Patient Services Team Lead to coordinate and oversee Patient Services Coordinators at the office, ensuring adherence to IVI-RMA protocols while maintaining professional patient care. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, experience in medical/healthcare and patient-facing roles, and 2+ years of customer service.

Proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Area: Administrative Management or related field
• Experience in medical/healthcare industry preferred
• Patient-facing role experience preferred
• 2+ years in customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees Patient Services Coordinators at assigned offices
• Ensures adherence to IVI-RMA policies and high-quality patient care
• Assists in onboarding and ongoing staff training
• Schedules staffing, PTO, and leave to ensure coverage
• Provides coaching and guidance to staff; acts as primary point of contact
• Reviews patient concerns with management and supports corrective actions
• Participates in staff meetings and relays information as approved by management
• Performs duties of Patient Services Specialist when needed
