UW Medical Center - Montlake is seeking a Patient Services Specialist 2 to support Kidney Care & Transplantation Services. The role focuses on fast, accurate communications, scheduling, and data accuracy; you will work with providers, staff, and patients onsite.

Expect a 100% FTE day shift, Monday–Friday, with no telework. Excellent customer service skills and healthcare exposure are essential for contributing to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging.
  • Schedule provider and ancillary service appointments.
  • Obtain patient demographic and clinical information.
  • Partner with clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery.
  • Other duties as requested.
