Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Explain financial options to patients and collect payments as needed.
• Update medical records accurately and ensure compliant documentation.
• Assist with referrals, pre-certifications, and chart retrieval as required.
