American Vision Partners is seeking a Patient Service Specialist in Anthem, AZ. You will be the first touch for patients, gather visit information and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities include scheduling, reviewing paperwork, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient records. We value reliability, clear communication, and a strong patient-focused experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Detail oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

• Medical Front Desk experience preferred.
