Responsibilities

• Collect demographic information and enter it into the system.
• Verify insurance coverage and ensure correct coverage on patient accounts.
• Explain insurance benefits and financial responsibilities to patients.
• Collect co-pays and balances per hospital policy.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Assist patients with navigating the online patient portal.
