Job summary

Providence Little Company Of Mary Torrance Hospital is seeking a friendly patient access associate to greet patients, register non-scheduled visitors, activate pre-registered patients, and collect financial responsibilities at the point of service. This on-site role supports inpatient bed placement and obtaining required signatures, with an evening shift and per-diem schedule.

You will work within Providence's mission to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and ensure smooth admission

Qualifications

The duties of this position include greeting patients, registration of non-scheduled patients, activation of pre-registered patients, collection of identified patient financial responsibility, obtaining required signatures from patients or family members and inpatient bed placement activities.
