• Performs patient check-in and appointment scheduling.
• Verifies health insurance information and educates patients on applicable regulations; collects payments and records data.
• Enters service charges and diagnostic codes; updates patient accounts.
• Coordinates with Central Billing Office to ensure accurate charges.
