Job summary

Kittitas Valley Healthcare (KVH) is seeking a Patient Service Representative to handle reception duties, medical records, referrals, pre-authorizations, and scheduling. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to serve patients and external customers.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 1+ year in admin or customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of medical terminology is essential. Benefits eligible and full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of general administrative/clerical or customer service experience.
• Current computer experience (medium to expert level) in Microsoft products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Previous cash-handling experience.
